food and stuff

so if i work out after midnight does that count as working out for the next day or the technically previous day? anyway, i biked 7.5 miles, did abs and pushups last night.

breakfast in the caf (12:00pm)
-1.5 cups rice krispies
-1.5 cups raisin bran
-1.5 cups 2% milk
-1/2 cup fruit salad
-1 stick of pocky
